Engineers Induction Program

The Engineers’ Induction program is intended to introduce our new engineers to the business of consulting engineering in building services and also to inform them about Norman Disney & Young.

It is primarily intended for new graduate engineers with minimal experience but is equally suitable for our young employees with up to 2 years experience.

The programme addresses all aspects of the firm with presentations from senior staff, industry associates and professional trainers.

Topics addressed include the firm's history, technical disciplines, career development, marketing financial administration and personal presentation.
