The open management style of the directors is typified by their involvement in regular morning coffee meetings in which staff are informed of current projects, future workload and company prospects, heightening awareness and encouraging ownership of the company’s objectives.

Project responsibilities are balanced with an array of events on NDY’s social calendar. Staff barbeques, family picnic days, theatre, annual dinners and involvement in activities such as the Corporate Games provide opportunity for staff to relax and share their outside interests. Birthdays and other special events and achievements are also celebrated regularly.

The global recognition of NDY’s premium consulting engineering services enables participation by staff on some very prestigious and large-scale projects, including those offshore. Project capabilities, although traditionally based on the building services industry, have expanded significantly into the areas of infrastructure and industrial developments, for which NDY is gaining an enviable reputation.
