NDY Group – Strength
Each is a recognised expert in his chosen field and this focus on technical excellence and close attention to the practice of engineering at the highest levels is what underpins the group’s vision to be acknowledged as the best practitioner in its field.

Each Shareholder Director is personally involved in running the business on a day-to-day basis, dealing with clients and fellow professionals and taking a key role in driving the technical performance of their respective offices.

The shareholders meet twice a year, together with key supporting directors and managers, to review progress over the preceding six months and set targets for the following period. This process of review and target setting covers the entire range of activities undertaken by the group, including technical development, R&D, management of the intellectual property through knowledge sharing networks, IT and financial performance.

These regular gatherings promote a common understanding of the needs of the various offices within the group, and enhance the ability of the group to share resources to meet those needs.

Common ownership leads to common purpose, which in turn means that NDY is better able to serve its clients through sharing knowledge and experience across the group, and investing in new technologies that better promote this aim.

The shareholder directors of the NDY Group are: Ian Hopkins (CEO), Tony Lukic (MD), Graham Tickle (CFO), Dennis O’Brien, Campbell Williams, Ian Gault, Geoff Cullen, Stuart Fowler, Ross Legh, Don Miller, Ashak Nathwani and Robert Sviderskas.
