Australia's foremost collection of lighting texts find a home at NDY

The R J Nott Library was created by the Illuminating Engineering Society of Australia (Victorian Chapter) in 1972 to honour the contribution of the late Bob Nott to lighting in Australia.
Following a number of years in storage, this extensive historical collection of books and periodicals on lighting and related subjects is now located within the West Melbourne office of Norman Disney & Young on behalf of IES: The Lighting Society.
NDY confirms appointment of Robert Stoddart as Manager – NDY Darwin

Commencing on Monday 24th of October 2011, Robert Stoddart will manage the NDY Darwin office.
After officially opening the Darwin office in October 2010, NDY is looking for Robert to build on the existing presence in the local market and to develop relationships with key clients.
An advanced unified ICT design and a reverse glazing calculator were just two of the standout winners at the 2011 Norman Disney & Young (NDY) Innovation Awards held in Melbourne on Friday 7th October.
The Melbourne city skyline provided an appropriate backdrop for the annual NDY Innovation Awards showcase by one of Australia’s leading engineering consultancies.
After eight years at Raff Street in Spring Hill, NDY Brisbane is relocating to 120 Edward Street.
This move to the Brisbane CBD will allow NDY to provide improved access and services to clients whilst accommodating NDY's expanding staff presence and service offerings. The new collaborative workspaces and attention to detail demonstrate NDY’s sustainability initiatives by aiming to achieve a 5 Star Green Star Interiors rating.
