Australian property leader, Vicinity Centres, moved into a new state-of-the-art national office at Chadstone Tower One adjacent to Chadstone Shopping Centre in late 2017.The new workplace is designed to encourage and enable staff collaboration and occupant wellbeing. NDYLIGHT were engaged to provide lighting design for the four-level office fitout of almost 7,000 square metres which supports 550+ staff.

An open central stair is provided across Vicinity’s four floors, which required fire engineering solutions that support the design aesthetic and safety objectives.
