The foyer is a fairly small environment consisting of a front double-height space and rear lift lobbies on Ground and an elevated mezzanine lift lobby. A key design requirement was to prevent it from feeling too complicated but also not too simple or austere. To achieve this the interior design focused on the use of a limited palette of materials including timber blades, black marble and light limestone interspersed with linished brass to articulate the space and add refined details.
