EA has a core focus on not only providing a high quality of service for its customers, but also being a good corporate citizen with regards to sustainability. In 2018 Energy Australia took ten-and-a-half levels of the high-rise floors within the new tower at Two Melbourne Square within the Docklands precinct. The offices have been designed to the highest sustainability standards, achieving a 6-Star Green Star As Built and a 5.5 Star NABERS Energy rating.

In creating the agile, collaborative workplaces required, Geyer’s architectural direction inspired NDYLIGHT to deliver an exemplary and innovative lighting design. The main feature is a continuous, curved, suspended profile element which measures a staggering 147 metres in uninterrupted length, making it the longest single luminaire NDYLIGHT has ever designed.

The end result is a fitout reflecting Energy Australia’s corporate goals of being welcoming and inclusive rather than corporate; open, light and bright.
