Ben Lüder

GROUP LEADER, NDYLIGHT

Ben’s career in lighting spans over two decades, during which he has worked on a wide variety of projects, and built teams, in Australia, China, Korea, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Europe.  

 Starting in music, Ben has expanded and honed his creative talents to find unique ways for illuminating spaces and structures whilst focussing on developing lighting details that are integrated with the built form.  

The projects Ben has been involved with include boutique and five-star hotels, world class train stations, art galleries, facades, landscapes, casinos, restaurants, retail spaces, residential developments and commercial workspaces. In each case, Ben is renowned for thinking outside of the box to deliver exceptional results that clients are proud of. His creative approach is further complimented by a solid commercial acumen, and an in-depth knowledge of the construction processes and intersecting consultants/ disciplines.  

Ben’s extensive experience and passion for the industry has also equipped him with leadership and mentoring qualities that result in an ability to build strong teams comprising inspired and energised individuals who feel empowered.
